Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because Parkfluence delivers real-time data that is most valuable on the day of your park visit, we do not offer refunds on any subscription purchase — including weekly passes, annual subscriptions, and lifetime access.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your recurring annual subscription at any time from your Account page or via the Stripe billing portal. Your access remains active until the end of your paid period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Weekly passes

Weekly Parkfluencer passes are one-time purchases that grant 7 days of access and do not auto-renew. No action is required to "cancel" a weekly pass.

Lifetime access

Lifetime Parkfluencer is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to the current Parkfluence product. It is non-refundable.

Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized use of your card), email us at support@parkfluence.com within 30 days and we will investigate. Stripe handles payment processing on our behalf.
